Job Summary
As a Relationship Manager based in Mahabubnagar, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial or service requirements. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth within the designated region.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell/up-sell relevant products and services to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess their evolving requirements and provide ongoing support. Prepare and present customized proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations, credit) to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks. Manage client accounts, including overseeing documentation, compliance, and reporting. Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating issues as necessary. Contribute to the achievement of individual and team sales goals and key performance indicators. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably within the financial services or relevant industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Fluency in English and Telugu is essential, with additional local languages being an advantage. Knowledge of the Mahabubnagar market and customer base is highly desirable. A strong understanding of relevant products/services offered by the company.
