Agents are responsible for growing their business through a consultative approach and diversifying income across property, casualty, life, and health insurance lines. They must also establish a local office, manage staff, and collaborate with financial advisors to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
Candidates must be entrepreneurial, goal-driven, and possess strong communication skills. While not required to apply, the ability to obtain Property/Casualty and Life/Health state insurance licenses is essential.
The Career
Our insurance agents take a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients. As independent contractors, they
are in business for themselves but not by themselves, and they:
Diversify their income through our portfolio of property and casualty, life and health lines.

Educate clients and prospects about our products and services.
Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors to inform clients of our financial products and services.
Establish an office and build a staff.

Property/Casualty State Insurance License

2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
