Candidates must have previous manufacturing or machine operator experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic math and communication tasks are required.

Trim Sheet Team Lead is responsible for all aspects of trim sheet coil production, including machine operation, material inspection, product packaging, order consolidation, and material handling activities. Trim Sheet Team Lead is expected to work in a safe, productive, and cooperative manner in accordance with Ply Gem policies and procedures.
