The Consulting Director serves as a strategic advisor focusing on business process redesign and high-impact project management. They are responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders to support organizational transformation.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of related experience, including 5 years in process improvement or project management. P&C Insurance experience is required, and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP are preferred.

The Consulting Director serves as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in business process redesign. This individual contributor role focuses on delivering high-impact project management, driving process improvement initiatives, and supporting organizational transformation efforts. The role requires deep expertise in business process management and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization.Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:

In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $97,000 to $189,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
