The Shift Manager leads restaurant operations during assigned shifts to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. They manage team members, oversee inventory, and ensure adherence to brand and operational standards.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

The SM operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a shift of Team Members.
