The General Manager is responsible for the overall profitability, guest experience, and operational excellence of a single restaurant. This includes managing a team of 20-45 employees, overseeing P&L outcomes, and ensuring brand standards are upheld.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED and 1-2 years of restaurant management experience. Proficiency in P&L management and the flexibility to work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
