The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving profitability and employee retention. This includes leading the management team and overseeing financial controls and BKC compliance across all shifts.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of restaurant management experience. A strong understanding of P&L interpretation and the ability to organize work to meet deadlines are required.
