The Shift Manager leads restaurant operations during assigned shifts to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. They are responsible for managing team members, overseeing inventory, and ensuring brand standards are upheld.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

The SM operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a shift of Team Members.
