The Project Analyst supports the Change Management team by delivering business and technology initiatives to improve workflows and reduce risk. Key duties include gathering requirements, coordinating project tasks, and conducting user acceptance testing to enhance the client experience.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably within financial services or as a business analyst. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools like JIRA or Visio is highly desired.

The Project Analyst will support Capital Partners’ Change Management team by helping deliver business and technology initiatives that improve workflows, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience. This role blends business analysis and project coordination, working closely with business partners, technology teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to move projects from planning through implementation.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable translating business needs into practical solutions. They will gather requirements, analyze data, support testing, maintain project documentation, coordinate meetings, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
Private wealth management and/or investment management experience is preferred. Familiarity with FIS AddVantage, SEI Wealth Platform, Blackbaud Grant Management, and/or Charles River Development is a plus.
NYC: $70k-$95k base salary + annual bonus target
PHL: $75k-$85k base salary + annual bonus target
BOS: $65k-$90k base salary + annual bonus target
