The Category Developer serves as the sales lead for a specific portfolio, focusing on increasing market share and velocity through brand activations and strategic planning. They act as a consultant for key accounts, managing stakeholder relationships and delivering training to sales teams and customers.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of sales or industry-related experience. A valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office are required, with certifications like WSET or CSS preferred.

Drive and delivery on sales and marketing goals of assigned category and brands
Collaborate with on-premise & retail sales teams, developing creative solutions to help drive business and growth in assigned categories across their assigned territory
Maintain and build strong relationships with the key stakeholders/gatekeepers of the assigned accounts
