What You'll Do
What You'll Bring
Experience in Market & Commodity Risk: Several years of experience leading projects in trading or market, credit, and liquidity risk, ideally within energy trading, commodity-focused industries
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, international teams and deliver complex transformation programs in dynamic trading environments
Consulting Experience: Experience advising senior stakeholders on commodity risk, optimization and trading related topics in commodity-driven businesses
Digital & Analytical Capabilities: Familiarity with advanced analytics, risk systems, and digital tools supporting trading and risk management
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively at the C-suite level and build trusted, long-term client relationships
Fluent oral and written language skills: English (client-ready); German a plus
