Responsible for overall floor care and maintenance, including mopping, buffing, and carpet extraction across various venue areas. Ensures all floor maintenance equipment is kept in proper working order and follows safety protocols for chemicals.
Requires a high school diploma and 1 to 2 years of related work experience in cleaning or floor care. Must be physically able to lift 30 lbs and work a flexible overnight schedule.
Job Summary: Floor Technicians will be responsible for overall floor maintenance and care. Completing any assigned floor care or projects in office space areas, general areas, restrooms, entrance ways, stairwells and elevators. Floor Technicians also ensure equipment is kept in proper working order and have good working knowledge of the uses of various floor care chemicals.
Typical schedule is overnight however must be flexible based on the start and end time of various scheduled events.
