The Server Assistant supports the service team by managing venue setup, stocking, and breakdown to ensure efficient operations. They maintain a clean and aesthetic environment while assisting servers in delivering a memorable guest experience.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of standing for up to 6 hours during a shift. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required, and applicants must follow uniform and grooming guidelines.

We are an all-scratch kitchen that prides ourselves on our fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, high food quality standards, and exceptional service. You will assist servers in taking care of guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce.
Server Assistants are essential for maintaining and executing the service flow, serving as the backbone of Pinstripes. They provide ongoing support for Servers during the shift, assisting with setup, stocking, and breakdown. Their expertise lies in venue setup, cleanliness, and aesthetics.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.
