Nesta posição você poderá trazer todo seu conhecimento para ser responsável pela gestão estratégica de clientes corporativos, com atuação consultiva, foco em resultados, excelência na experiência do cliente, retenção, expansão de negócios, governança comercial e coordenação das entregas da Aon.
Formação Acadêmica completa. Pós-graduação, MBA ou especialização serão considerados como diferenciais.
Atuação em seguros corporativos, gestão de riscos e relacionamento com clientes de médio e grande porte.
Domínio em Seguros corporativos, gestão de riscos, vendas consultivas, experiência do cliente, negociação comercial e desenvolvimento de soluções para contas estratégicas.
Vivência em gestão comercial: renovações, negociações com clientes (internos e externos), retenção, expansão e governança comercial.
Experiência sólida em atendimento a clientes corporativos e relacionamento consultivo com contas estratégicas e com médio a alto gral de complexidade será considerado como diferencial.
Domínio intermediário em inglês.
Desejável domínio em espanhol.
