What the day will look like
As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing creative search strategies and tactics to identify, attract, engage, and evaluate top-tier executive talents across the globe. Your work will contribute to Aon's talent pipelines for specialized, high-impact leadership roles, supporting Aon's growth and development.
How this opportunity is different
This role reports to the Team Leader of Global Executive Sourcing, and partners closely with Global Executive Recruitment and business leaders. The team works with a broad range of geographies and business areas, with the focus of this role being building strong pipelines for current and future talent needs. We appreciate you as a meaningful member of the team.
