The Claims Examiner analyzes, investigates, and verifies insurance coverage and policy benefits prior to claim settlement. They also manage communication with brokers and medical providers while resolving complaints and conducting training on claims processes.
The role requires experience in claims handling and the ability to manage professional relationships with brokers and medical providers. Candidates must be comfortable working in an office-based environment and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
-Receives claims, analyzes, investigates, verifies coverage, policy benefits, prior to the settlement of claims
-Manages a direct line of communication with Brokers, Providers and clients for support and support in the handling of Claims and management of the Network of medical providers
-Provides answers to emails of doubts, concerns, resolves complaints from suppliers and brokers
-Conduct training on the claims handling process for Brokers and Suppliers
