The Claims Intake Analyst is responsible for handling initial claim reports from policyholders and third parties while ensuring accurate data entry into the claims management system. They also monitor the FNOL inbox, assign claims to appropriate teams, and identify potential fraud indicators.
Candidates must possess an associate's degree or equivalent experience along with strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. The role requires full bilingual fluency in Spanish and English and a strong orientation toward customer service and data accuracy.
