Your contribution at AIG
As a Senior Underwriter, you are respected for your deep technical expertise and/or ability to oversee programs and processes. You balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, and judgment, along with a risk mindset. Ultimately, you take ownership for key outcomes.
AIG Underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, and Multinational Clients. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.
The Underwriter, Trace Credit manages relationships and reviews transactions for key targeted Trade Credit brokers/markets/industries. This is an integral position that provides front facing external/internal marketing responsibilities as well as management of office underwriting duties and initiatives within their portfolio.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Your actual compensation will be dependent on your skills, experience, and qualifications. If your compensation expectations are above the posted range, we still encourage you to apply- your unique background matters to us.
