Acts as the primary liaison between Outside Sales Representatives and partner accounts to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. Responsibilities include managing quotes, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requires 3+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service, preferably within the distribution industry. Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office is essential.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Success Specialist to serve as a key liaison between our Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) and partner accounts. This role will be the primary point of contact for our Partner Account and will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales growth by managing partner accounts, activities, facilitating internal processes, and deepening customer relationships.
Resideo Technologies has announced its intention to spin off ADI Global Distribution and establish it as a separate, publicly traded company. Under this plan, ADI will continue its role as a leading global wholesale distributor serving commercial and residential markets, while Resideo will retain its manufacturing and product-solutions business.
