Act as the HR referent for the establishment, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and administration. Support managers with daily HR issues and contribute to social relations and quality of working life initiatives.
Requires a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources and previous experience as an HR Generalist in an operational environment such as hospitality or retail. Proficiency in Excel is required, and knowledge of ADP payroll software is a plus.
