Ensure the overall maintenance of the hotel facility by responding to guest room calls and performing routine repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and assist with structural repairs, painting, and pool chemical balancing.
Requires previous experience in a maintenance role with skills in electrical, plumbing, and basic repairs, preferably with a high school diploma. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, fluent in Portuguese, and possess the ability to work flexible shifts.
