The Chef De Cuisine is responsible for creative menu development and maintaining high-quality food products. They lead the culinary team and manage all kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Previous leadership experience in the culinary field is required. Candidates must be able to work cohesively in a team and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
