Le Fairmont Monte Carlo est un hôtel de luxe situé au cœur de la Principauté de Monaco. Il est doté de 596 chambres, suites et résidences ainsi que de quatre restaurants, de trois bars, d’un Centre Fitness, d’un Spa, de deux piscines, d’un Room Service et d’un service Traiteur.
Intégrez le Fairmont Monte Carlo et découvrez le monde de l’hôtellerie de luxe dans un lieu incontournable.
Au sein du service Cuisine, vous travaillerez en collaboration directe avec la Coordinatrice de la cuisine ainsi que le Chef. Au quotidien, vous serez également en lien étroit avec les autres départements de l’hôtel.
Afin de vous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions, vous bénéficierez d’un parcours d’intégration incluant notamment une présentation du groupe et de la marque ainsi qu’une visite de l’hôtel.
Pendant votre stage, vous serez soutenu(e) et responsabilisé(e) tout au long de vos missions !
Vous aurez l’occasion d’évoluer et de développer de nombreuses compétences :
Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école de Commerce, Hôtelière ou équivalent.
Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en français et en anglais.
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et pro-actif(ve).
Votre enthousiasme et votre esprit d’équipe vous permettront de vous épanouir dans vos missions.
