Il/Elle garantit une offre sucrée et boulangère d'excellence, créative et conforme aux standards de la marque Sofitel, tout en assurant la satisfaction des clients, la rentabilité du département et le développement de ses équipes.
Véritable ambassadeur de la gastronomie, il/elle imagine des créations raffinées et supervise la production destinée aux restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, événements, spa et accueils VIP.
