- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing custom software solutions within transportation management systems.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and modern software frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software components for enhanced performance.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
