O TRABALHO
O Consultor de de Aprendizagem Corporativa e Performance será responsável por atuar no desenvolvimento e gestão de soluções do Centro de Excelência de Learning, incluindo apoiar o desenho, a manutenção e a evolução de trilhas de capacitação por papel, customizar materiais de treinamento para diferentes clientes, capturar e gerenciar demandas de capacitação, administrar soluções e plataformas de aprendizagem, e assegurar a operação, a qualidade e a melhoria contínua das soluções de aprendizagem oferecidas.

O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER NO DIA A DIA:
Atuar como ponto focal de learning para projetos e clientes, prestando suporte funcional e orientações;
Criar e manter trilhas de capacitação por papel e por fase do projeto, alinhadas aos modelos de adoção;
Desenvolver, customizar e atualizar materiais de treinamento em diferentes formatos (e-learning, simulações, manuais, vídeos e job aids);
Monitorar indicadores de aprendizagem e apoiar análises de engajamento e conclusão;
Administrar e operar o LMS, garantindo organização, atualização de conteúdos, gestão de usuários, trilhas e turmas;
Apoiar projetos de implementação e sustentação de soluções e plataformas de aprendizagem;
Planejar e coordenar operacionalização treinamentos, incluindo logística, comunicação com participantes e agenda de instrutores;
Geração e análise de relatórios e indicadores de treinamento;
Contribuir para melhoria contínua, padronização e inovação nas soluções de aprendizagem;
Apoiar o relacionamento com stakeholders e a organização da documentação de capacitação;
O QUE VOCÊ VAI PRECISAR:
Formação superior completa em Administração, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia, Pedagogia, Psicologia, Gestão de RH, Tecnologia Educacional ou áreas correlatas;
Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência com habilidades relacionadas;
Inglês Avançado e Espanhol Intermediário;
Conhecimento Avançado em Pacote Office;
Vivência em educação corporativa, treinamento ou T&D;
Experiência com LMS (Learning Management System), incluindo gestão de usuários, trilhas, catálogos e relatórios;
Capacidade de estruturar trilhas de aprendizagem e organizar conteúdos;
Boa comunicação, perfil analítico e organização para atuar em ambiente multicliente;
Certificações ou experiência em LMS, Learning, educação corporativa, soluções de aprendizagem, fábricas de conteúdo serão considerados diferenciais;
