The role also involves voice support, including handling inbound or outbound calls with employees or stakeholders.
By being part of our teams, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, from our office in Bucharest, in a hybrid setup.
Ensure the effective and timely delivery of Order to Cash processes in line with agreed deadlines, SLAs, internal controls, and audit recommendations;
Perform daily cash processing activities, including payment allocation, payment clearing, payment reversals;
Perform other cash application transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of financial data;
Execute transaction processing tasks in SAP according to established procedures, while reviewing and validating payment-related information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance;
Prepare operational reports, perform data checks and transaction validations, and utilize Excel (including macros).
Previous experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance role;
Experience with account reconciliations;
SAP experience is required; Cash Application experience is a plus;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Native Romanian speaker; knowledge of English at B1–B2 level;
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Quick learner, adaptable, and able to integrate easily into a team;
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
