- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among diverse teams to foster a cohesive working environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Experience in customizing Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities.
- Ability to design and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Familiarity with development tools and best practices for Salesforce deployment and maintenance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
