Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving the adoption of forward-thinking and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation and innovative solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Business Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and methodologies to enhance testing accuracy and integrity.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
