The Testing Technician is responsible for executing cell performance, safety, and reliability tests while maintaining specialized equipment. This includes setting up test programs, connecting sensors, and organizing test data using scripting.

Factorial Energy is seeking a Testing Technician to join our team in our Woburn,MA location. This person will be responsible for testing of cell performance/safety/reliability and maintenance of equipment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of electrical systems and understand the mechanisms of how each piece of equipment works, e.g., monitoring cell voltage and cell/ambient temperature, creating and understanding charge/discharge programs, and setting up on-site interlocks with manual wiring.
Salary Range: $27–$32/hour + Equity
