The Respiratory Therapist provides in-home respiratory assessments, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with chronic conditions. They also coordinate care with medical teams and educate patients and caregivers on equipment operation and safety.
Candidates must hold a current Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) and BLS certification. Previous experience in home health, subacute care, or pulmonary rehabilitation is preferred.

The Respiratory Therapist provides in-home respiratory care and support for patients with chronic respiratory conditions and equipment needs. This role focuses on patient assessment, treatment, education, and ongoing follow-up to support safe and effective care in the home setting. The Respiratory Therapist works closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes. This position requires regular travel to patient homes and prolonged periods of computer and documentation work.
