The Assistant Shop Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing shop floor operations, and overseeing staff in the manager's absence. They also perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver in and out of a 3-foot deep pit. The role requires the ability to stand, bend, and work in various weather conditions, with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

At Take 5 Oil Change, leadership happens right on the shop floor. We’re looking for an Assistant Shop Manager who is career-minded, enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things the right way, and is ready to help lead a fast-paced team.
In this role, you’ll support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and fast, friendly customer experience. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, helping the team stay focused while keeping the shop safe, efficient, and running smoothly. We provide paid, hands-on training to teach the technical skills and service standards needed to succeed the Take 5 way. Automotive experience is valued, but not required!
