Schedule and book interviews with new applicants
Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate fit for roles
Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support recruiting processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
Participate in community outreach efforts by supporting local hiring events and recruitment initiatives as needed

Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and/or the field of ABA
Administrative experience with strong organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
