LAKE is looking for a Head of eCommerce to lead our digital flagship and drive its growth.
This is a revenue-focused role. We are a digitally native brand, and LAKE.com is where most clients meet us. The person in this seat owns the number and everything that moves it: site development, merchandising, UX, and the experience end to end, from the first page she lands on to the moment her order arrives.
It is also a builder’s role. We believe the best digital teams treat innovation as a discipline rather than a novelty, testing constantly, adopting new technology early when it serves her, and holding every idea to the same commercial standard. You will build that culture and lead it.
We approach the experience from an omnichannel perspective. Our stores and our site are one brand to her, and we are building toward a commercial organization where every sales channel is held to the same standard. The right leader will see that ambition and grow with it.
