The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for greeting guests, managing customer relationships, and handling incoming calls. They also oversee the showroom calendar, appointment bookings, and the sales team's floor and lunch schedules.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and experience in sales and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong interpersonal communication skills are required.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!
Schedule | Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm plus occasional Saturdays.
Pay Rate | $25.00/hr - $28.00/hr based on experience.
Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
Optimally communicate appointment policy
Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book and customer job folder
Manage the sales teams floor rotation and lunch schedule
Manage the showroom calendar with vendors and appointment bookings
Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
Experience in sales and customer service
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities.
Analytical thinking and an eye for business
Strong communication and presentation skills
