The Site Administrator is responsible for managing production data and databases using MINREP and MS Office. They also coordinate site logistics, support payroll processes, and handle employee onboarding and inquiries.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience with technical proficiency in MS Office and database systems. A Diploma in Technical Office Administration is preferred, along with the ability to work a rotational camp schedule.

Job Title: Site Administrator
The Opportunity:
Barminco Mining Services USA has an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team at a project location 65 miles outside of Elko, Nevada. Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for data management, administrative tasks, and assisting site operations with precision. The ideal candidate will bring advanced data entry expertise and technical proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, and related systems to manage databases and facilitate smooth site processes.
Location: 65 Miles outside of Elko, Nevada
Shift: 7-days on / 7-days off rotation
Accommodation: Camp or other accommodations and meals provided
