\nTu pourra être amené·e à :Piloter l'audit de maturité de l'organisation en stratégie produit et tech, en incluant l'intégration et l'impact de l'IA sur la chaîne de valeur
Définir l’organisation cible au travers du Product Operating Model (organisation des équipes produit, gouvernance, processus, financement, etc.) pour garantir l'efficacité et la scalabilité de la fonction Produit
Piloter le déploiement de la transformation produit et adresser les chantiers transversaux qui permettent cette transition en étant hands-on
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes seniors du client et être leur sparring partner tout au long de la transformation
Coacher et accompagner les équipes produit pour les faire gagner en maturité, en diffusant de bonnes pratiques qui tiennent dans la durée
Assurer une veille sectorielle et méthodologique selon tes appétences, notamment sur l'évolution des Operating Models à l'ère de l'IA, et partager tes découvertes pour enrichir nos pratiques
Manager une équipe, chez Thiga ou en mission, en accompagnant des Thiguys·girls dans leur développement et en assurant les conditions de leur épanouissement professionnel
Contribuer au développement commercial de Thiga en menant des avant-ventes
Contribuer au rayonnement de Thiga en prenant la parole sur nos convictions et nos retours d'expérience en externe
Tu maîtrises les techniques de diagnostic (interviews, shadowing, analyse de livrables) et tu sais en superviser la synthèse de manière claire et pertinente
Tu sais élaborer des stratégies de changement d'Operating Model complexes (organisation, processus, outils : mise en place de squads, déploiement d'OKR, structuration des équipes IA/Data) et piloter l'accompagnement des équipes tout au long de leur adoption
Tu animes des ateliers avec des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux, des opérationnels jusqu'au Codir
Tu transmets tes connaissances, tu formes et tu encadres des consultants en tenant compte du niveau de maturité de chacun·e
Tu rédiges des livrables impactants, en version synthétique comme en version détaillée, et tu sais faire passer tes messages clés en présentation client
Tu as une compréhension approfondie des enjeux liés à l'IA et tu sais intégrer ces dimensions dans les stratégies produit et les Operating Models que tu construis
Communication : tu rends visible et compréhensible ce que tu fais, avec synthèse, clarté et écoute active, et tu sais développer une relation de confiance avec tes clients
Assertivité : tu défends tes convictions, tu embarques les parties prenantes même les plus résistantes, et tu gères les dynamiques politiques complexes chez le client
