Assurer le traitement et le suivi des expéditions import et export (nationales et internationales), dans le respect des procédures internes, des exigences clients et des délais (TAT), afin de garantir la fiabilité et la qualité des opérations.
Missions principales
• Traiter les expéditions entrantes et sortantes jusqu’à leur livraison finale.
• Vérifier la conformité des envois (documents, étiquetage, conditions de transport).
• Réaliser les contrôles physiques des colis (overpacks) et des étiquettes réglementaires.
• Mettre à jour le suivi des expéditions dans les systèmes (milestones, route legs).
• Gérer les priorités opérationnelles (NFO, urgences clients).
• Traiter les pré-alertes et anticiper les arrivées d’expéditions.
• Assurer le respect des conditions de transport spécifiques (température dirigée, reconditionnement).
• Contrôler les expéditions en attente et garantir leur maintien en conformité.
• Identifier et remonter toute anomalie impactant la qualité ou les délais.
• Contribuer au respect des process qualité et à l’amélioration continue.
Responsabilités
• Vérifier les emails, manifestes et documents de transport (Airway Bills).
• Garantir la fiabilité des données dans les outils internes.
• Respecter les procédures internes, réglementaires et sûreté (DG, TSA…).
• Assurer la traçabilité des opérations dans les délais requis.
• Veiller à la propreté et à l’organisation de la zone de travail.
