The Associate Sourcing Manager manages the product development and production process through cross-functional partnerships and vendor relationships. They are responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of products while meeting financial goals and maintaining quality standards.
Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in apparel sourcing, production, or product development. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and proficiency in Flex PLM and Microsoft Excel are required.
The Associate Sourcing Manager is responsible for the management of the product development and production process through cross functional team partnerships and vendor relationships. Reporting into the Senior Sourcing Manager to ensure on time delivery of product that meets the company financial goals.
