The Commercial Representative supports and executes commercial strategies for gas, crude, and produced water midstream businesses in Texas and New Mexico. This includes negotiating commercial agreements and maintaining strong partnerships with customers in the Delaware Basin.
A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a preference for two years of experience in midstream commercial, finance, or business development roles. Experience in the Permian Basin and skills in contract administration and negotiation are highly valued.
Work Location: Midland, TX
Schedule: Mon. – Fri.; 8am – 5pm, after hours as needed due to business necessity
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Commercial Representative is responsible for supporting, developing and executing the commercial strategy and transactions involving Kinetik’s gas, crude and produced water midstream businesses in Texas and New Mexico. This position collaboratively executes the business plan and growth strategy that will enable the company to optimally commercialize and develop new and existing assets and is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
