The Store Manager is responsible for managing daily store operations, including cash handling, lending, and check cashing services while driving store performance. They must also provide exceptional customer service, support and train sales associates, and actively promote financial products through marketing and cross-selling.
Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. It is beneficial to have two or more years of retail experience and proficiency in Spanish.
The Store Manager serves as the face of ACE Cash Express to our customers. On top of providing customer service and facilitating sales, you will also build professional relationships with customers, and gain in-depth knowledge of our lending (where applicable), check cashing and card services.

Actively promote all ACE financial services through cross-selling and marketing strategies, including marketing in the community. Train and support store employees in product knowledge.
We’re looking for Store Managers who have an entrepreneurial spirit and can work independently, embracing accountability for overall store performance. Building trust with customers is a top priority, so you will need to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with their challenges, all with the intent of providing exceptional service. Store Managers will need to understand the diverse range of financial products and services that ACE offers. It is beneficial to have two or more years of retail experience. Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most of our markets and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
