Requires a degree in engineering with at least 10 years of experience in project management, specifically leading full EPC cycles. Proficiency in English and strong leadership skills are essential, with an MBA being desirable.

Gerente de Proyecto Senior para proyecto EPC de infraestructura de gas natural (estación de compresión / instalaciones asociadas) en México.
Esta posición tiene responsabilidad directa sobre el éxito financiero y técnico del proyecto. La persona será responsable de todas las fases de planeación y ejecución de proyectos de tamaño mediano a grande, que pueden involucrar no solo aspectos de ingeniería, sino también soporte al cliente en las fases de abastecimiento y construcción.
Planifica, organiza, coordina y controla proyectos nacionales e internacionales conforme a políticas, procedimientos, sistemas y requisitos establecidos por la empresa. Alternativamente, puede ser responsable de la gestión y cumplimiento contractual de dos o más proyectos pequeños.
Generalmente, el ocupante de este puesto ha progresado desde el nivel de Gerente de Proyecto, habiendo gestionado previamente proyectos pequeños a medianos.
Cuando se requiera, fungirá como representante del área de Gestión de Proyectos en propuestas nacionales e internacionales, conforme al procedimiento de desarrollo de propuestas de Gulf. También supervisará al personal del proyecto a través de líderes subordinados.
El Gerente de Proyecto Senior reportará al Director de Gestión de Proyectos y será responsable de asegurar que el proyecto se ejecute a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y en cumplimiento con los requisitos contractuales.
