The Grants Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for government and private foundation funds. Key duties include monitoring grant expenses, preparing invoices, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least three years of experience in grants management. Proficiency in GAAP, nonprofit accounting, and software like QuickBooks or Sage Intacct is highly preferred.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Grants & Contracts Manager, the Grants Analyst will play a pivotal role in the grants and compliance function at Chrysalis. This position will support financial planning and budgeting, prepare financial reporting and grant management reporting for government and private foundation funds. This role will develop financial models, prepare projections, provide monthly financial reports which include key metrics, and variance analysis. This role will execute on billing, financial reporting and collaborate with the Sr. Grants Analyst in compliance and other grant reporting.
