The Senior Product Engineer will provide technical leadership for the PVC membrane platform, managing formulations, production scale-up, and quality performance. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant polymer or material science field and possess at least 5 years of experience in product testing or quality management. Strong project management skills and direct experience with PVC or rubber formulations are highly desired.

Pay Range
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The purpose of the Sr. Product Engineer role will be to provide technical leadership and support to the PVC membrane platform in the Commercial Roofing industry. In this role the ideal candidate will collaborate and work with the internal and external teams that support all PVC manufacturing. The individual will have a strong background in PVC, polymer and/or rubber sciences and roofing PVC formulation expertise. Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills are required for success in this role. The role is also heavily dependent on the ability to prioritize projects as the various active project load can vary and projects also differ in size & complexity. Data analysis, trials, and research and development may be required to support this position. This position will primarily be responsible to maintain all PVC products performance as well as evaluating the fit-for-use work.
