Perform maintenance, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of protective relay devices and control circuits for electric transmission and substation facilities. Ensure system reliability through routine calibration, detailed record keeping, and collaboration with utility personnel.
Requires an associate degree in a related electrical technology field or equivalent experience, with at least five years of hands-on utility experience. Candidates must be proficient in reading complex electrical diagrams and using electronic diagnostic equipment.

The purpose of this position is to perform maintenance, installation, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting on protective relay devices, control circuits, and related equipment needed in the operation of Wabash Valley Power Association’s electric transmission, substation, and mobile substation facilities.
