The Fleet Coordinator manages fleet dispatch, schedules pickup and delivery appointments, and ensures compliance with transportation regulations. They are also responsible for processing shipping documents, maintaining TMS data, and coordinating with materials managers to ensure timely deliveries.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels are required.

The Fleet Coordinator organizes and communicates fleet dispatch; schedules pickup and delivery appointments, assists Traffic Mgr in fleet compliance with FMCSA, FRA, PHMSA regs and Liquor Transporter Permits; audits, organizes and files driver trip documents including POD; supports fleet performance reporting: generates freight invoices and maintains files: works with Materials Managers to support on time p/u and delivery of materials to Sazerac plants: supports Shipping Clerk as needed.
