Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright, Personal Insurance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in analyzing system logs and monitoring tools to identify root causes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and scripting to support application stability.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly for diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
