The contractor will facilitate Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) training courses and manage the administrative logistics for the annual COTR Day event. Responsibilities include coordinating presenters, moderating discussions, and maturing the certification process through board-level governance.
Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and have a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting the customer. A bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with demonstrated experience in executive-level support and project management.

The selected candidate will manage the COTR course which will be delivered by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). An understanding of Sponsor mission areas and COTR work is essential.
