Candidates must have at least two years of administrative or HR experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid Arizona driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the state are required.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Program Administrator to join our growing team.
The Program Administrator plays a critical leadership role in supporting daily operations, ensuring compliance with DDD regulations, managing employee onboarding, maintaining provider records, and assisting with recruitment and hiring efforts.
The Program Administrator is responsible for overseeing administrative operations, recruiting and onboarding new employees, conducting compliance audits, maintaining provider files, and ensuring all employee documentation meets organizational and regulatory requirements. This position also requires occasional travel to conduct in-person onboarding with families and newly hired Direct Care Workers.
