Requires strong mechanical aptitude in diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems along with a valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical. Candidates must provide their own tools and be capable of performing physical labor in varying weather conditions.
Description
The Field Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer-owned and company-owned heavy equipment at branch locations and customer job sites. This position requires strong technical and mechanical ability, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset while working independently and as part of a team.
This position is classified as a safety-sensitive role. The technician must perform all duties with a strong commitment to safety, including safe operation of company vehicles, tools, and equipment, and full compliance with company safety policies, DOT regulations, and all applicable laws.
